Niki Koss ~ Founder
Niki Koss is an award winning actress and filmmaker with an ambition for telling stories that contribute to changing the world in a positive way. When not directing, she can more recently be seen in her series regular role of Alexis Glenn in the acclaimed Freeform Network series, FAMOUS IN LOVE from showrunner, I. Marlene King (PRETTY LITTLE LIARS). Niki co-starred in the Paramount Pictures film, SCOUTS GUIDE TO THE ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE as well as being cast in major roles in several independent feature films including: the Terrence Malick produced, RED WING, THE APPEARING, GIRL ON THE EDGE, TRAFFICKED, AND WARNING SHOT. In addition, Koss recently completed lead roles in feature films, BURYING YASMEEN, which she also produced, and DREAMCATCHER. Her most recent short film, INNOCENT GOODBYE, which she produced and acted in, has been going through the festival circuit and accumulating numerous awards; Niki has so far won three best actress awards for her role in the film. Koss was also winner of the Female Filmmaker of the Year at the 2019 Burbank International Film Festival. She is a member of Women in Media, Women in Film, Glass Elevator and the Alliance of Women Directors as well as a Sundance Directing Fellowship and WIF Producing Mentorship alumni. Her newly launched production company, K Factor Films, is an award winning production company with a special focus on minority filmmakers. Niki was recently included in the entertainment list of Forbes 30 Under 30, 2021.
Ryan DeLaney ~ Creative Executive
Ryan Delaney is a film producer based in Los Angeles, California. His most recent films include CORSICANA, directed by Isaiah Washington, and NIGHT NIGHT, directed by Niki Koss. Ryan wears many hats in addition to producing, such as acting and modeling. After a prosperous modeling career that eventually won him 2018 Male International Supermodel, Ryan decided to try his hand at acting. He spent many years studying at the University of Performing Arts of Miami before he landed roles in USA's GRACELAND and the world-renowned, HUNGER GAMES. Ryan is currently working as a producer and creative executive for K Factor Films, taking the lead on several projects that are slated for a 2021 release.
Samantha Baugnon ~ Creative Executive
Samantha is a passionate producer and actress with a love for storytelling. She can most recently be seen producing and co-starring in the feature film NIGHT NIGHT. Samantha created and starred in the web series LA LA LADIES, and can also be seen in THE GREATEST SHOWMAN. Samantha produced the short film THEN & NOW starring Madeline Carroll which won Best Short Film by Women at the Burbank International Film Festival and Best Comedic Short at the Madrid International Film Festival. She also produced the short films SOBRIETY and MURDER MYSTERY which are making the 2023 festival circuit and are the official selections at the Austin Comedy Film Fest, World Cine Fest and LA International Film Fest. Samantha is proud to be a member of Women In Film. She started her career working alongside K Factor Films founder, Niki Koss and was ultimately promoted to serve as one of the company's Creative Executives.
Bekki Elaine ~ Creative Executive
Bekki Elaine is a driven and ambitious producer who has had her hands on several projects in both film and unscripted television. In 2019 she graduated from Full Sail University, the Valedictorian of her class, and secured a role for herself on the crew of many projects. Most recently Bekki has worked in casting for the 90 DAY FIANCE franchise as a part of both the flagship and the BEFORE THE 90 DAYS spinoff series. Accustomed to wearing many hats, she has held a variety of positions for several projects including the feature films NIGHT NIGHT, Directed by Niki Koss, and FLIP TURN, Directed by Alin Bijan. Bekki has also worked on the short films INNOCENT GOODBYE, THE ITALIAN DINNER, and REAL... all of which have won awards on the festival circuit.
Cheryl Bauder ~ Executive Assistant
Cheryl Bauder is a screenwriter who found her way to film through a love and knowledge of comedy and storytelling. She studied English Literature at California State University, Long Beach where she first entered the writers’ room of ONBOARD, a late night talk show, and LONG BEACH SKETCH, a comedy sketch show. When she graduated, she created and co-hosted the podcast PLEASE LEAVE BY 9 while working as a Writer and Executive Assistant at Moviebill. She is now Executive Assistant to K Factor Films founder, Niki Koss, and has recently worked as Script Supervisor on SOBRIETY.
